HATE that you have to pay with your card now over the phone instead of just calling in a pick up order and paying it when you get there. I am very paranoid about giving my card number over the phone. And when you go in to order it takes at least 20 minutes to get...more if its busy. Need less to say I haven't come here in over a month since this started. I used to come here every week. I think that was a dumb company decision. You just lost a lot of customers. Guaranteed. Manchester had many other places that let you call ahead.

I ordered a salad off line a couple weeks ago it was missing somethings I added to it. I called to let them know that I was missing some things I asked for in my salad. used to work the fast food/restaurant Indus I know people make mistakes. I talked to the manager Chris he was very understanding he went above and beyond to make sure I was Satisfied. PS My salad was still great
Finally got a hold of someone at a corporate phone number who gave us a credit on our Panera account.
Went in about 15 minutes ago with a coworker to pick up gnosh for the troops. Everything was accurate and fresh, as well as the customer service was on point. Edrick, specifically, could be seen going above and beyond the entire time I was there waiting on my order.
Forgot an item (kids grilled cheese) on our rapid pick up order even though it was "checked for accuracy" on the receipt. Tried calling store five times when we got home but no one ever answered the phone.
A great place to grab coffee, a pastry, and get a little work done. They do NOT have many outlets so if your studying or working you'll have to come fully charged or grab a coveted outlet spot. Otherwise, friendly and helpful.
