Joe Caswell is AWESOME! Submitted an online request for more info on Thanksgiving night. He contacted me the next morning to with a few questions and then later sent me the specifics on the deal. My wife and I went to the dealership, drove the one we wanted, signed the paperwork (he had the vehicle and all paperwork that could be filled out ready when we got there), and went home. Great service all around from the receptionist at the front desk to the Finance Manager. Joe is down to earth and works to get you the best deal so you don't have to... Great Service! You feel comfortable from the moment you walk trough the door. The sales people listen to you first and offer you advice and options without being pushy or rushing you to make a decision. While everyone was nice, I give a special thanks to Sead who helped me get a better and newer car than I thought I could, and still stay on my budget.
