Great, friendly staff. I wish the lot was larger, and more accommodating, as it can be hard to get into. But the cats are always clean, and the staff is always professional, courteous, and conversational. Fantastic experience, will definitely rent here again.
Service was friendly and very cost efficient. Car was in great condition and I felt very comfortable driving it knowing they offered great roadside assistance if needed!
We only went with Hertz because there was a discount code for a free upgrade. The woman claimed that a Kia Forte was an intermediate car and was, in fact, an upgrade despite the fact that the car is very clearly classified as compact. This was after she explained (as if she were talking to a 6 great old) that she gave me the Forte because it was all they had available. This was our first rental with Hertz in a long time, as well as our last. I don't appreciate false advertisements and fake discounts. Save your time.
Worst customer service I have ever received. I scheduled my reservation three weeks in advance. Arrived at the location 30min early on day of reservation to be told they didn't have a vehicle for me because they did not have a phone number to confirm with me. I showed the employee my reservation that showed my phone number and also said I do not need to re confirm with Hertz. The girl working the counter was incredibly rude and didn't offer to help me find another location or come up with any solution. She proceeded to ask me if I was even 25 years old, I'm in my 30's. Then told me I was 30min early... thank goodness I was considering I had to make a last minute reservation with another location.
I will never use Hertz again.
