My family had a fantastic experience with Dr. Hayes and his staff. Dr. Hayes was very professional, knowledgeable and took a lot of time to answer questions and put my daughters at ease. He established a clear treatment plan so that we know what to expect in the months to come. Also, I love that their prices beat other orthodontic offices in the West County area!
Have been to two other practices and haven't seen such precision and skill. He picks up findings in my kids' teeth that others have missed or not mentioned. Would recommend him to anyone. Very professional.

Let me start this off by saying I never write reviews. However, my experience with Dr. Hayes has honestly been phenomenal and I would happily recommend him to anyone needing orthodontia for themselves or their children. I've had to get braces a few times because of a bone growth issue and I've been to other orthodontists who have been dismissive and callous towards my situation. However, the treatment I received from Dr. Hayes was the complete opposite - Dr. Hayes has a very personable, caring bedside (chairside) manner. Dr. Hayes was willing to go the extra distance for my unique needs and utilize the most up-to-date, evidence based practice. I really can't recommend him enough - he's a very intelligent, caring, family-oriented person. If you choose Dr. Hayes, I guarantee you won't be disappointed.
