I've been using this UPS location for years and have experienced nothing less than AWESOME service. I went in yesterday to ship my normal Christmas gifts and found out the location was under new ownership. The service was TERRIBLE!!! The new owner worked directly with me and she was rude, unprofessional and was a terrible representation for UPS. The owner insisted on using an extremely large oversized box to pack 5 shirt size gift boxes which had a great deal of unused space between the gift boxes, and the box was almost 12 inches too tall. I asked for a more appropriate size box but the owner informed me that the big box is the one she was going to use. I took my items and left. I will never go back to this location.
I shipped a present to my daughter in college and everything was great. The owner Sepi was so nice and friendly.
Darlene Johnson (BELOW), I think you got the WRONG store. The owner here is Male. He does a great Job, and is very NICE to every customer. I had the same terrible service at the other UPS store at Manchester and 141. That lady is very Rude. I dont know how she can be in business.
