It has seriously been almost 3 months since they started installing our hardwood floors and they are still not done. The main floor is laid, but we have a raised foyer that is still missing the right riser wood, missing stair noses on the riser and into the basement and transition piece into the bathroom . I've seriously almost fallen down the stairs a couple of times because of the transition. And they don't even seem like they're in a rush to get it done, even though we still owe them a couple thousand dollars! It's ridiculous that it's taken this long! It started off good, and the price was very competitive, but I'm not sure it's worth the fact that it's taken so long!!
