I locked my keys in my car while it was running. I called and spoke to Mark, he was nice and professional. He told me it would take about 20 min for his tech to show up and it was only 10 minutes. The Tech was extremely nice and professional, and he got into my car quickly. I was a little embarrassed on how careless I was about locking my key in the car while it was still running and he told me a couple of stories on how hes done the same thing to make me feel better! I hope I don't need them again, but If I do, they will be the 1st ones I call or refer someone to.
