Absolute WORST service ever! They forgot half my order and I called them to let them know and the manager was so rude to me then hung up on me before I could finish telling him what was wrong so I called back to let them know they made my sandwich incorrectly and the extra things I had asked to be on it and paid for weren't on it the manager then told me that he had a really hard time believing that, and that I was lying about it. I offered to give the sandwich back but I just wanted my money back at this point. He sat there and told me how rude I am for letting him know my order was incorrect. All in all I will not be back I don't need to be called a liar over a stupid sandwich it's ridiculous to even be treated that way when I'm paying for something and I didn't get what I asked for.
Would have been way smarter to cut off the deliveries, keep both employees at the store and help the people who were getting frustrated and upset. Awful
Service was good, however the lettuce and cucumber in the sandwiches were not fresh.
they literaly can't deliver past a mile from the store I called every store around my house and they didn't deliver come on what kind of delivery is that your delivery drivers even have bikes?
By far, the worst Jimmy John's I have ever been to. This is the closest one to me, and out of convenience of the location i have given it more chances than I should have. Every time I am let down. There are many things wrong with this store, but the speed and service couldn't be worse. Today was the last straw, waiting more than 20 minutes for 2 sandwiches and then leaving empty handed because i couldn't wait any longer. They were actually operating with only one person. One person! People were starting to fill up the restaurant waiting on sandwiches. There was a second employee, but he left left unbelievably to go do a delivery. Horrible management policy..
Good sandwhiches from this jimmy johns. Two employees were very busy making sandwiches for deliveries when we got there just 10 minutes before closing. Everything was fresh on the sandwiches and I didn't mind waiting a few minutes more for them. I like how they had a third employee handling the cash and not involved with touching/making the sandwiches.
