The Manchester location is awesome!!! Went there today for lunch with family and the service was the best waitress was excellent and took really good care of us. The food was great!!! I highly recommend it. Looking forward to eating there again real soon.
I want to be very honest with my review for Texas Road House tonight. I have been waiting for months to eat here and I was very disappointed tonight though there was a few positives to our experience. The salad was very cold indeed close to perfect! Not no lukewarm salad on a warm plate. The rolls are good with it's cinnamon honey butter. The side dish of chili was good. However, our steaks were over cooked, burnt and too salty. For $16 and $18 plate we expected better, much better. We told the manager about it, he seen the plates and showed him our food and he was like "sorry, I will inform the cook staff." Nothing else. We didn't expect a free meal but a discount or a dessert would of showed better wisdom on how to treat customers. We had a very nice and empathetic waitress and it wasn't her fault and we didn't cheap out on her tip because of the kitchen staff and manager. The restaurant had a very upbeat atmosphere with good pre-recorded country music playing in the background. The restaurant is very large with a lot of seating. I'm not sure if we will return but maybe it was just a bad night for the cook staff so I don't know? We feel kinda ganked on the price vs the quality of food tonight. It's sad when we cook better than the restaurant we chose to eat at but many restaurants are just plain blah nowadays with over priced badly cooked food.
I asked for a steak to be grilled with only pepper no butter and she stated they “can’t do that” and I asked if I could have a baked potato with no salt once again she stated “no, they all have salt”.... I advised her of another roadhouse which does in fact serve a baked potato with no salt to which she replies with a snotty head wobble “well then they are just washing it off”.... I advised her I was not eating here and walked out. I was not asking for extremely complicated things, just no butter and no extra salt! If you’re going to be a waitress, please leave your attitude elsewhere...
Rachel took exceptionally good care of us upon our first visit here. And I can gladly say service was overall amazing and consistent. Not going to lie I was expecting a rougher experience being this place has been open for less than a month but they are on top of it! So happy with our service and will definitely return soon :)
Waitress was extremely rude... I have a medical condition which restricts certain things in my diet. I can only tolerate limited amounts of salt and butter. I advised her of this at the beginning while attempting to order.
Horrible service! I have never walked out of a restaurant until tonight. The blonde waitress in the bar area had an attitude the moment I tried to place my order. I eat at Texas Roadhouse locations often and am familiar with what I am able to eat. I have a medical condition that dictates what I order and how it is prepared, I've never found Texas Roadhouse to be an issue until tonight since it is very simple and they cool your food when you order. This waitress insisted the other locations are lying to me, which I find odd since a friend of our family is a manager at another location. I decided not to deal with her attitude and just left for dinner elsewhere. I Won't be back, and didn't even stay to eat, just simply walked out.
